Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Water, Mattan Meat, Margarine, Spring Onion, Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Coriander Whole, Milk, Sugar, Salt, Ethnic Spices, Baking Powder.
Cooking Instructions
Fry for best results.
Place frozen Mattan paratha on preheated oiled pan (you may add more butter/oil to make paratha crispier). Cook for a minute. Turn it over and cook for another minute. Gently press and rotate till it turns golden brown and crisp. Delicious and wholesum Mattan paratha is ready. Serve hot with yogurt or mint raita.
Description
This is a ready-to-cook (uncooked) product; for safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat thermometer.
Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Do not defrost
Frying Pan: Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry frozen Paratha over medium heat, turning until cooked.
