Storage: Keep frozen.

Ingredients

Chicken meat, fresh onions, green chilies, red chili flakes, salt, ethnic spices, whole coriander, pomegranate seeds and vegetable oil.

Cooking Instructions

Keep Frozen. Do not thaw before cooking.
Fry chapal kabab over medium heat for 10 min or until cooked turning occasionally in a preheated oiled pan.

Bake chapal kabab on a greased baking pan turning halfway through for 6-7 min in a preheated oven at 230o C.

 

Description

This is a ready-to-cook (uncooked) product; for safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat thermometer.

Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.

Do not defrost

Frying Pan: Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry frozen Chapli Kabab over medium heat, turning until cooked.
OR
Oven: Preheat oven to 230°C (446°F). Bake frozen Chapli Kabab on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 6 minutes or until cooked.
